Our public programs cover exactly the same content as our in-company Professional Negotiation Skills program. The public training course provides our signature skills program in an intensive 2 day format, bringing together small groups of participants from different roles, businesses and industries.

The program also includes a detailed personal benchmarking report to help you understand your preferred techniques for conflict resolution. The coaches will build on that foundation to help you become more versatile and more effective as a negotiator.

To maintain diversity, we admit a maximum of three participants from any one organisation to our public programs.


You will learn how to:

  • negotiate for value, not just price, 

  • protect margin as well as relationships,

  • negotiate confidently and cooperatively, 

  • negotiate solo and as part of a team

  • control the negotiation process to advantage

  • prepare for flexibility, not resistance, and

  • practise many essential negotiation skills.

+ Can we send an observer to evaluate the program?

As our programs are delivered in an immersive coaching format, the way to genuinely evaluate their impact is to be part of it. If you would like to trial our program, please register as a participant or give someone senior in your organisation the opportunity to challenge themselves to raise the bar.

+ Can I send someone in my place?

Yes, you can. If you can no longer attend, please let us know who will be taking your place as soon as possible, so that we can get the pre-course diagnostic out to them in time. Please see our detailed terms of business for public programs here.

+ Can I pay by bank transfer instead of credit card?

Yes, please contact our office at info@negotiation.partners for a booking form with our bank details. As places are limited, please note that your place on the program is not confirmed until payment has been received.

+ Can I book more than three participants onto a program?
