Grad Talk at Commonwealth Bank

Dr Matt Lohmeyer, the Principal of Negotiation Partners, last week delivered his annual Grad Talk for the Commonwealth Bank. The event introduces new graduates to a new way of thinking about negotiation, gives them the fundamentals they need to make an impact and the courage to give it a go. This year, the event was delivered online to the 120+ new graduates, followed by a lively debate and Q&A. Introducing young graduates to the power of effective negotiation so early-on in their careers is a terrific vote of confidence in their abilities and a wise investment.
